TLDR: If you enjoyed Akame Ga Kill! watching this will give you closure of the ending and good feel vibes you'll need. I write this after binging the entire Akame Ga Kill! and Akame Ga Kill! Theater and for the first 22 mini-episodes they are enjoyable, it adds an extra layer of comedy and unseriousness since it wasn't in the original show. I have a feeling she was intended to be the main character when he began writing it, but scrapped it for tatsumi. Anyway, the name of the show is technically "red-eyed killer", so it might just be referring to the fact that all the characters see so much blood or something along those lines.
